The Innovation and Development Forum on Aerospace Systems Management is an annual flagship event of the Aerospace Systems Management Professional Committee of the China Management Science Society. It has been successfully held for three consecutive editions (the 1st in 2023 at Northwestern Polytechnical University, the 2nd in 2024 at Northwestern Polytechnical University, and the 3rd in 2025 at Beihang University). The Forum aims to bring together renowned scholars, entrepreneurs, and policymakers in the field of aerospace systems management, to build a communication platform that integrates government, military, industry, academia, research, users, finance, and services. It strives to create the first "community" for aerospace systems management in China, promote the distinctive development of management disciplines and interdisciplinary integration, explore scientific issues in aerospace systems management, foster original innovation and industry-university-research collaboration, and support the high-quality development of the aerospace industry.

The 4th Forum is jointly organized by the Aerospace Systems Management Professional Committee of the China Management Science Society and the Civil Aviation University of China. It is scheduled to be held on October 16–18, 2026, at the Civil Aviation University of China (Dongli Campus) in Tianjin.

As one of the sub-forums of the 4th Innovation and Development Forum on Aerospace Systems Management, this conference focuses on the interdisciplinary integration of artificial intelligence, big data, and social computing. It will feature in-depth discussions on frontier topics such as large models and intelligent algorithms, multi-source data fusion analysis, social network mining, intelligent decision-making system construction, and digital social governance. The sub-forum will invite experts, scholars, and industry leaders from universities, research institutes, enterprises, and leading information technology companies to jointly explore pathways and models for empowering social computing and systems management innovation with AI and big data technologies. It will share cutting-edge research findings and practical experiences, promote the deep integration of intelligent technologies and social sciences, and facilitate scientific decision-making and high-quality development for relevant industries in the digital transformation.

All papers will be reviewed by two or three expert reviewers from the conference committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers will be published as part of a volume of conference proceedings alongside other co-located conferences, which will be published in the ACM International Conference Proceedings Series, and will be submitted to EI Compendex and Scopus for indexing by the publisher.

Note: All submitted articles should report original results, experimental or theoretical, not previously published or being under consideration for publication elsewhere. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academics.
